Rising Cities, time to upgrade your server

In the morning i have trouble collecting the money, because i had 3 to 4 times "Connection lost, please try again".... the previous and this tourment comes mostly on screen... after my work, man, i can't even swap from Harbor to mainland... LAG and "Connection lost, please try again".... comes even more often... can't finish the toument, and i think most other gamers will feel the same way, i almost completed second high "Winter Event".... but with the way the server act, looks like that the server can't handle anymore...


My advice, please upgrade the server that DOES handles and work properly without any SERVER LOST CONNECTION & LAG

Unfortunately if this where server lag then I would have it too as we are all on the same server.
I tested your account and it loaded instantly, this was at 8pm German time.
I will test it again in the morning but you may have a local issue that is contributing to the lag problems.

 

I have the very same problem with this game. Terribly glitchy and lose connection or just freezes. today the mess is worse with all the emergency system issues and lack of info being shown. I play another bigpoint game and doesn't ever give me any problems so not my end has to be in server. I give this a week to get better or I'm giving up playing

 

The issue with missing if is isolated to US language and will be fixed, until then please use UK language to log into the game.
