rotation

    I would really like to be able to rotate the view on my city so I can see the backside of things to see if a building plan will work instead of being limited or experimenting and risking losing money.

    If you go to the tools menu, bottom right (3 dots), and select "Foundation View" (4th icon up) you can see how well layouts will work.
