    I won a sand castle in the loop- a -matic but cannot find it in my decorations. What happened to it?

    Could be on its way by snail mail :( if its not there later after you do all the normal things we will need your id to go through the logs and find it for you :)

    I just checked my decorations and still do not have it. My ID # is 9041852. Thanks!

    As you have already posted in the looking for neighbours thread I will delete your posts here.
    this area is for general questions on the game, you post here after reading the other threads and cannot find the answer to what you are needing to know

    Hi Hedymay, just checked, and you are level 40, but you need to be level 44 to use a sand-sculpture, so you will find you have an extra permit for one when you get as far as level 44. See the Decorations FAQ for more info.

    It happens that with the loot-o-matic and a couple of other quest prizes, the prize you get can be only seen at a level above what you currently are. This is a feature.
