screen goes dark

    good morning! my screen goes dark when I try to start my barns, can you please help??? I have cleared my history already, but nothing helped, thanks, cheers,colette 5768033

    eddog most common cause for this issue is a cache problem. When you clear your history did you make sure you cleared the cache? Also you may need to independently clear your adobe cache. This is seperate from the browser cache.
    Here are some forum threads that may help
    I hope they help and let us know if these work. If not try closing out of your browser and signing in to the game on a different browser, this more thoroughly clears the cache and start new ones. If that did not work turn off your computer or device and start from a cold start. Or try signing in from another device.

    If none of these work let us know we may have to do a reset of your data.
