screen goes darkish

Hi: i have had this problem before that when i try to click on one of my barns the screen freezes and goes darkish, i was able to fix the problem by clearing my cache and history and everything was fine, however this time it isn't working, can someone fix this for me please and thanks my number 5768033 thanks cheers, colette

 

Try using another browser from your usual one, that's how I fixed my identical issue before

 

Sorry Colett as our friend Kuroyany suggests this is always a cache issue so if you cannot clear the cache deep enough then just use another browser.
The new browser has a new cache so the problem will be fixed.

 

okay thanks, i will try again, i tried to use explorer and had the same problem ,,i will try to clear the cache again, thanks,

 

I had some spare time so I logged on as you (same effect as you using another browser).
The problem is now resolved.

 

omgoodness, ????? i thought that i did that lol!! i didn't see this until now pirate lee!! this is hilarious i was soooo proud of myself for fixing it, thanks sooooo much for doing this for me i really appreciate it, this is so funny because i just did the same thing again that you told me to do( finding the history and clearing it out) and then i would go back to the game and check to see if it worked....it wasn't working so i just thought i would try it again, you must have fixed it when i wasn't looking and i just thought it was me!!! sooooo that means that i am NOT as clever as i thought i was, lol, thanks again for helping me pirate lee cheers , colette
