Second Academy... (2 questions about removal)

    OK, just read a couple of threads saying that extra fire dept, academy, etc permits were put out by mistake.

    I already did (as I posted in another thread), because else I was not able to complete the latest new quests. I am not that bothered by the loss of materials, but losing 40 vitamin X is a pain.. those packs are the only way to boost training beyond the last 5K education points level for training.

    Anyway, can I get those back (guessing the answer is "no", but since it was not OUR goof...)?

    AND... can I remove the first one and leave the second, in my suburb? I would prefer to have the Academy in the Suburb, where I have more space. That said, I have a high level trainee almost done in the first academy, on the main field and DEFINITELY do not want to lose that. (used over 100 vitamin K on that one! -- 3 over the max education point purchase)

    If needed, I will remove that second academy myself, but I would prefer to keep it.

    Since there was an announcement stating that these extra permits should not be built, refunds will not be possible.
    When a decision will be made upon the extra academy and fire-house permits, we will inform all players via our usual Official Announcements as well as how this will be done.
