    This is What my City hall has been doing. I just wanted to Add that only because I cant figure out how to load an image on here.
    But its the same thing mine has been doing. You complete everything but then It doesn't Let you finish something Or it does not give you a Reward. It just gets Stuck. Anyway Thank you Mayor_Rugg for Loading that photo. Least now there is an image to show what I been dealing with too. :)
