Shooting Star and Gold Pack not redeemed

    At 11:15pm MST I was trying to redeem both a single shooting star pack and a Gold Pack as I had received 20 Gold Packs on a quest. My screen went white and nothing happened. I waited and then reloaded the page. My shooting star and Gold Packs were all gone and I could not find anything that may have been received. Money, production and education points were all the same. I didn't see any improvements added or buildings. Could you please see if they just got lost or what may have been rewarded?

    I Have seen where you activated the pack, occasionally they do get lost some where for a while or it is in the bag for the snail mail delivery n the meantime please clear your cache reboot your computer from a cold start and log back into the game using a different browser. If that does not resolve your problem please advise and we will look further into this for you gl :)
