Sky Center Needs Revenue Missing

My ID#6153803. Just upgraded my Sky Center (located next to the road to the Mountain area) to Level 2 and have it covered by both the gym and the ice cream shop. I should be getting 350 Education Points needs revenue but it says I am only getting 210; additionally I have equipped two epic RI worth a cumulative 40+ needs revenue on top of that 350 which is also not showing. Please fix this (I spent MM to upgrade and need those ep because I have been running the 200% more emergency patrols). Thank you, your time and assistance are greatly appreciated.

Ok, I've done some tests on my mod account, and built a sky centre, upgraded it to level 2, put a gym with beer in and a icecream shop with milk in next to it. It shows needs revenue as +350. I collected rent from it as a worker and as a student home, and both gave 350 needs revenue. I then added two epic RI to give +20% rent/+20% needs, and hovering over it shows +490 needs revenue now. I repeated the rent collection, and both worker and student gave +490.

If you're only getting 210, that sounds like the Gym is working (150 * 1.4 = 210), but that your Ice Cream shop isn't. Has it got milk, road and range? I daren't visit your mainland to check because I don't want to have to deal with your emergencies (sorry)!

 

Actually wasn't running the emergencies right at the moment, was recouping ep expended doing so; but np, it seems to have worked itself out when I did my routine cache clear, etc. I did have milk and range already preset, it just was not registering. Probably a registry glitch or cache issue. Am showing 490 now, so whatever was wrong is fixed. Thank you for your time and efforts...I know how busy you mods are and I appreciate you taking the time to look at this.
