Small Reactor ?

    In the General section it says there's a small reactor available at Level 8? It gives the cost, mood, etc., and at the bottom of the page indicates you can only get a permit for it from a booster pack or event? I don't see it listed at all on my energy tab. Not even under the "locked" items.

    Is it still available?

    Excellent answer @amaliagranata.

    The small reactor is available from events aswell as booster packs.
