Soccer event

I am not able to be home to play all the time, so when things take 4 hours to make and 6 hours to make, it really makes it hard to finish the events. My problem is that I did ever single part of the event, but ran out of time while making the product in the bakery for the final part of the event to get the Athletes Hotel. I did NOT get an option to buy the hotel with MM, instead it said something like Sorry Next Time.! I am NOT pleased about this, this is totally unfair.
Why was there no option to get the hotel? There should be records showing I did every part of the event and part of the final, can there be no way to help me? Why does not anyone answer?

Unfortunately this was a general issue which affected more players. We are still investigating what caused it.
