Some of my buildings are gone everytime I log-on to the game

For 2 days now some of my Building are gone everytime I log-on to the game. Is there anything I can do?

Actually, yes you can. Have had this happen myself, for a few different reasons. First try just refreshing the page without logging out and back in. Next you can try deleting browser history and cache files, defragging your memory (RAM), clearing system clutter, etc. Often, this is a glitch caused by low system (RAM) memory in our own computer rather than at BP's servers. I can (highly) recommend a piece of software (Iolo System Mechanic) that is quite reasonably priced and allows such maintenance steps to be performed at a click or two, often in just a couple minute's time. I run that and Trend Micro AVS on my system (a quad core cpu no less) and find it very helpful in keeping lags and glitches to a minimum. The missing building thing will also happen if you log in on one machine, then log in from a different one without closing the first one (for instance, a desktop then a laptop). Hope this helps

 

Most likely cause is a cache overload problem. Clear your cache, and or sign in with a different browser or device. Good luck.

RAM is fine, cache is cleared and using another browser doesn't help.

I have some good news and some bad news first up all your buildings are visible to me and load in all four maps, I note you have some power stations on the main map that are not working as they are cut off from the city hall (no road).

Now the bad news if they all load for me it cannot be the game at fault or I would see exactly what you see. This does mean either your connection to the internet is slow for some reason or your cache is overloaded as described above.

 

Thank you ... it's my internetconnection ... for some reason my pc's has decided to use the wireless connection. All my buildings are back now.

About the power stations ... it's my reserve power ... and I didn't want to activate them by accident so I cut of the road

I do this to sometime, as you know, but like to point out one thing that is easy overlooked.
You may already know but if you cut them of they still use mood. As reserve power it can be a good thing as long as you are aware of it.
If you want to avoid it don't click on the "key" when the plant is built.
