    i have been waiting for a long time to get a diagnotician having 2 rookies, i exclusively sent them on missions for this specialist they now have been promoted to their allocated field unfortunately i didnt get a diagnotician, it therefore must be pure luck to get the specialt you want. :mad::mad::mad:

    Like I've always said, any perceived influence you have is a combination of low possible results and wishful thinking. But people have always liked to be superstitious about games.

    You'll get them eventually. :p
