Still Cannot Log In!

I have cleared cache, ran cc cleaner and still nada.
Please rest mine again and see if this will work. Going on day 5 of not being able to log in.
Cannot get past blue skyline.

A ticket? Where do I do that?

 

There is none here, its only in game :/
In game - Top right corner - "?" (help) button
This info is of course useless if you cant log in to a playfield.

This tip stolen from piche413 sound much better.

Your data has now been reset so you should be able to log on, if not please clear your browser cache as this may be retaining the old log in data.
Please note your mood and power will also be reset and will change as the system loses some data when people build or move homes. The new figure will be absolutely accurate and back up to date

 

Guess what? It didn't work. It has been over a week, and still no joy. I cleaned cache again.
Ran CC cleaner again. And still, it will not allow log in.
As a paying game player, it makes me angry that this issue has continued and I am told it is my responsibility to fill out another "ticket" to resolve. If this continues, your 3,000,000 users will be detracted by one.

 

I think that there are probably a lot of players feeling that way.

 

The devs seem to have isolated the problem and are working on it
