Still cant log in to game...

    I have put in two different tickets but still cant seem to get into game even though I read a post that says it should be fixed...?

    If the same problem is still existing and being worked on....could we please get an official word somewhere? At this point I have no idea where to even look to get an ACCURATE idea of what is going on.
