Still can't log in

    Cleared out Flash and Browser cache and still can't log in. ID#8095720.

    Your data has now been reset so you should be able to log on, if not please clear your browser cache as this may be retaining the old log in data.
    Please note your mood and power will also be reset and will change as the system loses some data when people build or move homes. The new figure will be absolutely accurate and back up to date

    Thanks. I cleared out the Flash cache, the browser cache and rebooted the machine. It stays on the loading animation. It takes a while before the "star","person", etc icons appear. It says on the fourth icon for a while and then eventually, all six appear, but the graphic keeps cycling and the game doesn't load.
