Still cant log on

    Everytime i try logging on all i get is a black screen. Ive tried everything thats been suggested such as clearing the cache etc but still i cant log on.

    Can someone look into this please.

    I am sorry but your account is working perfectly from my end, I even tried my old laptop and whilst slow (its an apple Mac) it still worked within a minuet or so.

    The same thing happened using both IE and Firefox along with Safari.

    All that means is that the issue is at your end.

    First up please try clearing your browser cache, if that fails click on the black screen and select about, this will take you to the adobe website where you can clear the flash cache.
    That cache is totally different to browser cache.

    The game works now for some reason although i dont know why as i havent done anything to make it work since my original post. Hopefully it will stay working now.

    Ok I am now certain that this is your flash cache as we have others exactly the same.

    Please try and follow the guide I gave you to clear that flash cache or email me at support and I will help further.
