still disconnecting.....again....again!!!

Hello!....this is just becoming a night mare to play the game that i love soooo much!! i can never stay on!! i think it might have something to do with the events, because i was fine for the last week, (but i wasn't doing any events, just getting supplies up), as i started the rock event things were good the first day, but i have not been able to stay connected long enough to finish it, can you please tell me what i can do? ( i have cleared cache/history/tried different browsers etc. etc) or can you do something from your end? If you will notice i can stay on the "forum" part here long enough to post comments and see replies, but i can't play the game itself without getting disconnected??? wassup peeps??? cheers, colette ID 3 5768033

 

The exact same thing is happening to me. When I'm not doing the events the game works fine. During an event I get disconnected constantly.

hi pandora: i am sorry that it is happening to you too, but on the other hand i am glad that it is happening to someone else!! very frustrating, i was unable to complete the rock event and now there is another event today but i am afraid to start it in case i get the disconnect again!!! very frustrating as i said!!!, i love this game and play everyday but when i can't stay on i want to throw my laptop out in the middle of the street and run over it with my car lol!!! i really hope that someone fixes this problem quickly and we can all get back to playing the game properly! i have heard from you and two others on this topic and i am waiting to hear from the big shots who run the website, but so far i haven't heard anything, i have had help before from strider legs and pirate lee, i really hope they can help us this time!! have a great day pandora, i will just collect rent and make product until i hear from them because i am scared like a little baby to start an event!!

 

As it has been recommended several times before: please clear your browser and flash cache, and also try loading game from another browser. This should help clear any errors in your local game cache.

 

It's also happening to me. Cleared cache, flash cache, 3 browsers, 2 computers etc. but to no avail. For me it seems to be everytime I have a quest that involves boulder items I get this issue. I know the devs were working on this - is there any news or do they (mistakenly) believe they have fixed it?

 

hi wizz. i have indeed cleared caches, history tried 3 different browsers and 3 different computers!!! i try all this BEFORE i contact tech support, it only seems to be when i am doing an event, however, today i am unable to get on ....again, but i can go to this forum and read replies and post as well??? why can i do all this on one part of your website but i can't play the game?? this is baffling to me!! can you please contact the higher ups/whoever creates this/the big shots and explain this to them? it is horrible to try and play the game when you are being disconnected time after time, i am willing to try anything you peeps suggest, i will go now and clear the history/cache and sign out of firefox and try it with ie. thanks and i really, really look forward to having this problem fixed, cheers, colette #5768033

 

I am truly sorry you are having this issue but when I log on as you the game works perfectly.
That aside I understand you would not be writing here if you did not have an issue.

May I ask you to contact support (it will be me that answer's) so I can copy your info over to our system developers and see if they have anyway of helping you.

 

me too...getting disconnected time and again when i'm about to complete my event....the moment i click the navigation map...it goes away...connection lost!

 

I think I already answered you in another thread, the problem seems to be at your end as you are aware I was online the same minuet you posted your thread and your account was working perfectly even though you could not log on.

 

I will close this now and wait for the OP to contact us by email.
