STILL got log-in problem

So we still have the same problem; Can't get past that city siloute screen easily, sometimes it works but more often it doesn't.
When it does eventually let me in i can play for about 15-20 mins then it'll freeze. Nothing clickable F5 won 't work so you click in the address bar and enter, and back to the city siloute and the origanal problem.
I have cleared cache, tried differant browser, relogged and all the checklist of things.
Everything else is ok, i'm on other browser games so i click between them, and much more of this i give up on Cityrama.
I got offers for buying in-game curency but whats the point if i can't get in?

I am really sorry but yet again I have tested your account and it is working perfectly.
I tested it 3 times over four hours using IE, Firefox and Safari. All worked first time without a glitch.

This really does mean the issue is at your end and something on your system is blocking you. We cannot fix what is not broken and even if I put this in the Coders hands they would reply with the same answer as they only see what I see.
