still wont load

    where do i find a "ticket"?...........been playing for over a year and still can't find anything in this forum....

    There is none here, its only in game :/
    In game - Top right corner - "?" (help) button
    This info is of course useless if you cant log in to a playfield.

    This tip stolen from piche413 sound much better.

    I think it's sent to the same place, but there is a support link on BP's main site as well, you just have to be sure to select the right game.

    Since I stayed up most of the night doing these one by one (tickets) everyone who sent in a ticket has now been reset so I will close.
