stuck loading please help.

    i try to load game and it just sits on the front page.

    Hi ad1, this is usually a cache/browser problem. please clear your browser cache log out of the game and completely reboot your computer from a cold start and then use a different browser.
    please advise if this solves your problem thank you:)

    cleared browser and reset but gets stuck on log in screen

    Hi ad1 I have reset your data, please let me know if your login issues are now resolved
