Studio Apartment issue after upgrade..

Firstly, I have tried clearing browser history, flash cache and tried alternative browser which failed to rectify the issue so I'm seeking assistance, please.

Yesterday I started a level 2 upgrade on two studio apartments (near my nuclear power plants), all was going smoothly until today when I saw that rather than a finished building it was still a construction site. Even though it was a construction site it had the key icon and allowed me to move workers in as well as adding a 2nd RI. Hoping the screenshots explain the issue.



Please would you kind mods look into the issue for me, many thanks.

PS: If the issue requires me to be logged off to be resolved, apart from an early rent collection tomorrow morning, I'll be logged off for the majority of the day

I've taken a look, and logged on from here they behave exactly the same way. I tried a 'reset' as well, to no avail, so have sent this higher up the food chain. It looks like the building is functioning though, so hopefully, other than aesthetically, you're not losing out.

 

Thanks for looking into it and yeah it seems to function ok although I did notice when I logged on my population has decreased by 160 (the number of workers in those two studios) but that is not a major concern.

 

Oh dear, maybe that's a feature of the reset. Hopefully the population will sort itself out when the problem is fixed.

The powers that be have fixed your studio apartments. Can you check your population is now correct as well, please.

 

Yes, it is correct and sorry for the delay in response. There was a hold left on my game which Pirate kindly resolved.
