    You know what would really be nice? A one click option to remove every expired improvement at once. It would save me a lot of time and make me consider buying improvements more often.

    Yeah, I've seen this suggested elsewhere. Replacing them is tedious since you have to go into the house's menu. It really makes me not want to bother sometimes, and trying to get epics is up to too much chance that RIs are of the lowest priority for me.
