Hi, I completed the survey and got this message but no 'reward' for doing finishing it.

    RISING CITIES

Thank you for your participating in our survey!

There's a button with a thumbs up image but it doesn't do anything. Plus, if you really want to know what users think, ask them instead of giving them a 1 - 7 rating with an eighth being 'haven't used this'.

There were a couple of suggestions I was hoping to make that would improve the game, because it seems that it's geared to get you stuck unless you devote a huge amount of time to farming (as in clicking as soon as something finishes so the timer resets) or spend money.

I understand you guys need to pay for artists and devs, servers and the like, but scaling it back a bit..... I've already spent money with your company because I use the servers and game, and now it's feeling like I'm supposed to be a cash cow.

I mean I got to pay real money for an emergency pack --- that I had to turn around and buy with game gold on top of the real money? That's pretty lousy.

There's no daily log in bonus, which would be a nice way to show you value your players.

As I mentioned, this game takes item generation through farming to a whole new level of insanity--which I don't have time for.

And the building's needs versus the lack of squares effected by Commercial Buildings and the lack of land space is also disproportionate.

I figured this would be like other city building games, with some form of free design available to me. It's why I play sim games. But this feels like 'my' city is limited to what your designers want it to be planned like.

Lastly, the upgrade costs of the emergency system and some of the buildings is ridiculous, especially considering the low output of materials.

And now you have my overall suggestions. Your GUI is fine for what it is. It's the in-game content that needs work.

    Sincerely,
A Paying Customer Rapidly Getting Fed Up

There is actually a daily log-in bonus.
City Hall, tree, stadium all give a bonus to varying degree.
