Task Expiration

Do the tasks disappear after a set amount of time. I completed the task to get 150 citizens but I did not receive the reward? Could someone advise on this. My ID# IS 8411159

I have the same problem... after completing task to reach 950 citizens and upgrade City Hall, task was not removed and I did not receive the reward... now I have more than 2200 citizens and upgraded City Hall to adecuate level... not task removed and no reward... ID 6748210, Thanks

 

I understand the task only disappears after it is completed. I have reached 150 citizens, the task disappeared, but I did not receive the reward, nor did I get the green check mark to collect the reward. ID #8411159

I see it has now been added to another task, the second step is to upgrade city hall. I know at first there was a separate task to raise the population to 150 citizens.....Oh well. #8411159

 

folami That particular task is a two stage task it does show up as first you have to get your population to 150 then the second step appears to upgrade city hall. Hope this helps.
