Task Not Completed & Moving Christmas Trees

I am having same popular problem with the Transform Into a Cosmopolitan City quest as I noticed others are currently having. I have already upgraded and well above the population requirement. Can't remember last time I collected on it.

Also, question...why are we not able to move the Christmas trees? I want to put my "Christmas Village" on the new suburbs playfield, but it will not let me put them in storage. Don't want to try to demolish, then rebuild due to the fear of losing them. If I am unable to move them, would you be able to move them for me?

First up your quest is now complete and the reward waiting.

The new playfield was not in development when the Christmas trees were in use so they cannot be used in that playfield yet.

There are a couple of other anomalies with the new playfield however the team are working to make it interact totally with the rest of your stored items.

 

Thanks Pirate for the City Hall quest. I did receive reward, although new population still not showing up.

As far as the Christmas trees, I understand that they are still working on the new playfield, however, the trees cannot be put into storage whatsoever. I hope that they will change that. Currently I have one in the city and one on the coast and would like to move both when possible.

The population should show up after you log out and switch off system then go back in if not email me at support so I can take a closer look.
