    Which houses do i have to upgrade to level 4 to complete that task? ty :)

    You can choose any kind of house (resident) - I think Prefab Home is the easiest :p

    al my Prefab Home houses are on level 4, and all my energie efficient row houses are on level 4, and i cant complete task?!?! :O
