Task Reward Frozen

My ID #6153803. Have finished upgrading City Hall for the "Transform into a Metropolis" task; the reward cannot be collected and the task list is not advancing. Please correct this for me. Thank you, I appreciate your time and assistance

 

I have completed the quest for you, and you should now be able to get the reward. Let me know if it hasn't worked.

 

That did work and thank you If it's ok to ask without starting a new thread: I cannot place my chatuea amor from the Valentine's event. It is in my Designer Depot, and I have space for it next to my other one (Rustic Villa) in the Suburbs, but when I go to place it I get the symbol for blocked ground (like when a brush is in the way) and I can't see anything but that; no brush in the way, however. Any idea why I can't place my building?

LSD711 - can you start a new thread please - as I am going to close this one now, as Geflin is happy. Also, you need to state which particular task is causing the problem (the name should be at the top of the box when you click on it), and then we'll make sure we get the right one.
