Task Reward Glitch

    My ID#7729552. Problem I am having: completed a Task (build five (5) fountain decorations...using all my fountain permits doing so. The Task shows a green check for being completed and is frozen there, not allowing me to collect the rewards and not processing to the next Task. I realize glitches happen, but please fix this for me? Much thanks.
