why cant you keep the threads open? you closed a lot of threads

 

I have asked this question before and I do understand that the Moderators have to review all open threads. Therefore they close threads, especially the questions and problem ones, so they can keep the torrent down to a manageable level. It is a nuisance process but an understandable one.

 

but if some one have the same question(or cant pass the same quest) they have to do an other thread so the team can fix it for them

 

If someone has the same question, then they ought to search the forum first to see if it has been answered. If that answer doesn't fit them, then feel free to ask again, but explain the problem carefully, so that we can make sure we answer accurately. If it's a technical problem, eg the quest, it is much easier to deal with each request separately, in a separate thread, otherwise it gets difficult to track which person was fixed, which still needed fixing, etc.

Any threads in Speakers Corner or other 'user' forums will normally be left open for ever.
