Technical issues

Hello moderators,

Can one of you please look at my coastal region as i have a building that won't let me finish upgrade stage five...despite paying the upgrade cost.

Also two of my Lumber yards will not work...Pressing them freezes the game.

I vaguely remember this issue was resolved by log off the game, clear the cache, log in again. Have you tried this?

There would be at least two threads with this issue, just don't have time to find them for you.

 

Yes. I did these multiple times, and still no luck.

 

The last remedy voiced by PirateLee if I'm not mistaken was to restart the computer after doing the above. If that doesn't help either, then Pirate himself will probably have to have a look at it.

 

The lumber yards are working again, But not the upgrade.

 

Cool, at least one problem sorted.

 

Can you possibly send me a screen shot of the house to support (click support on main game page).
I will then link your email with the coders as this looks like a coding issue which I cannot fix.
