    Dear Sir could you have a look at my city, and work your magic? After doing building upgrades to level 4 My power use has dropped to 560 way to low for my population.

    Lol...I like the name but somehow dont think it fits with pirate.

    Anyway I have reset your resource game data in the hope that will correct the imbalance can you check and see now what it is like.:)
