  1. Respected sir,
I have a ciniplex in my city but it cannot work properly. A message always comes the pop-up blockers were on and I do not get credits for the movies I play. What are pop-up blockers. How to put them off.

Pop up blockers are found under your internet settings on Windows and your browsers and/or antivirus protection. You can do a search under your Windows "Start" tab and that should get you there. Pop-up blockers are intended to prevent adware (software that creates pop-up or pop-under ads) from putting advertisements on your screen while you are doing other things; like when you check your email and when you log into your browser. Some ads will still show...but pop-ups are beyond those. Like when you go to a website to view something and an extra window jumps out trying to sell you something. Unfortunately, many online games use pop-up type features (like our emergency system here. or the Cinexplex) and they can interfere. You can turn them off, or simply reduce the setting to a lower level (I use Medium). If I recall correctly, it's under either internet security or internet settings/properties. Hope that information helps you. You can also browser search the term Pop-Up blockers and should easily find a walk-through of how to get to your settings and change them. Happy gaming ;)

Just to add on to Geflin's fine advice. Every browser and operating system is slightly different so the exact location and name of the areas you will need to access vary.

I am not trying to scare you off I am just trying to show that there are a lot of variations. They all work pretty much as Geflin describes in his post. But do not get thrown off by the terms used. :)
