    I have merged you 2 posts, consecutive posts are not allowed, there is a edit button on all posts please use that in the future, one other thing to remember is that you need to open your own post as a similar problem may not have the same fix.

    Your system needs to be off for me to fix this, I tried kicking you off the server but our system still sees your computer switched on.

    Email support when you are going to switch off and I will fix.
