"Transform into a Metropolis" Task/Quest no reward

    I have also completed the "Transform into a Metropolis" Task/Quest. Both of the criteria have been satisfied and I cannot collect the reward. I have 1492 residents (950 required) and my city hall has been upgraded to level 5. Can you please assist me.
