Turning ERS system back on

    How do I trigger quest to receive academy blueprint?
    I am lvl. 13 and have built my fire station, hospital, and police station and my quest are now to hire specialists for hospital but i have no academy and print to build one.

    Also, How do I turn my ers back on?
    I turned it off in my fire station, was going to try and fire the worker i had to see if that triggered an academy quest.
    when I turned it off, fire station, hospital and police were removed from map but did not show up in my move inventory???
    I have cleared cache and re-logged several times but those buildings seem to have dissapreared.

    In your inventory there is a sub folder you will find all your ers in there
    let us know if we can be of further help on this topic

    hi, i'm having the same problem, can you be a bit more specific? where can I find the sub folder in my inventory? the one with my ers? thanks.

    1 Designer Depot - Special (star)
    2 Tools (Bottom left most button) - Move - New list in top of screen , right part - Emergency System Items

    thanks tellus but I see i'm having a tech-issue. for some reason i'm having no emergencies come up at all. so i'm not advancing to having any ers in my inventory. however, if the team can resolve my issue I now know where to find the inventory. thanks

    We are aware that some players experience no emergencies with EMS system on and our devs are still working on this issue.

    It would've been nice to know there was a problem before I spent money on a patrol. Ah well, hope this'll be resolved soon.

    If your emergency system is working (you are receiving emergency requests), then patrol will also work properly. If you do not receive any emergencies, then i would suggest not to activate patrol until this issue has been resolved.

    I'm no
    I have not received any requests since I started the game. I thought I had to activate the patrol to get the ERS system started - my mistake. I should've read up on it all before I did that.
