Two accounts - need assistance

    Hi there. I have not played in months as I was having so much trouble logging in, but would like to pick up where I left off. Unfortunately, I have now set up a new account I did not intend to, in an attempt to try and "find myself".

    I would like to gain access to my initial account - Loricsg #8758469 - are you able to send me a password reset or something?

    I would like to delete/deactivate/cancel this account - lcsgibson #9483864, and disconnect any links/connections to my email address or FB account, which should both be attached the Loricsg account

    Can someone please help me with this?

    Hi Loricsg,
    Unfortunately we are unable to do either of these requests :(.
    However when you go to log in on your original account Loricsg #8758469, your should click on forgotten password and you will receive instructions on how to retrieve this.
    As with your latest account if you ignore it and don't log in the system will eventually delete it
    Please advise us when you problem is resolved gl :):)
