Two Lumber Mills frozen

    Hi,

    I have two lumber mills that just give a greyed out screen when clicked on - I'm using an iMac running Firefox,which I've cleared cache on - I've also launched the game with Safari (which I never use, so not a cache issue), but it does the same on just these two lumber mills - could a mod log in to may account and fix this for me please? (which is what had to happen last time, despite using different computers miles apart)

    Sorry but this is always your own cache that is the issue.

    Update:-

    Logged on as you clicked on the timber mills, problem fixed instantly as my cache was fresh exactly as we always say this is your cache which is the problem.

    I am sorry if I sound abrupt but logging on as you creates a huge amount of work for us in clearing our own cache and then clearing your log in data as well as waiting several times for the game to load which is why we ask you to do it yourself.

    If this happens again please remember it is only your own browser that is at fault not the game.
