    Unable to login for several weeks now, I reset my cache and tried new browsers. Reset my modem. I don't know what else to do but post here.

    In the short term I have reset your game data so it will refresh when you log in.

    I figured it out, it had to do with port forwarding... how is RC accessing ports outside of the http's port 80?

    I would like to add that my on call computer tech (I am a paralegal that works from home as well as office) once identified the issue as Bigpoint/RC had a server dns issue. This seems to be getting to be a more frequent and widespread issue (log in problems) recently. Probably warrants an in depth look-see beyond case-by-case fixes.
