Unsupported Size

    Could somebody please get in touch with somebody who is authorised to inform the Cineplex content provider that there are some limits set by the Cineplex programmers and that the system will not function unless they feed in the data according to required parameters. Or unless they change the limits the programmers put in place.

    This is what the Cinema displays.

    Unsupported Size for Ad Unit.
    Ad unit is currently 450x150. Minimum supported size is 300x250.

    It would be nice if the parties responsible could get their heads together and avoid such silly mistakes as above. I'm sure that although this is not an aspect supported directly by moderators the whole issue doesn't just hang in the air and there are people who actually deal with this.

    3 more tickets today for me too which led to unsupported display size ads. Would like to complain but not sure who to :/ I expect that @PirateLee will send it up the chain to whoever can correct this issue
