    Hi. I have upgraded the city hall 2 X's and the quest did not update either time. Could and would you please fix this issue? It has been a few days since the last time.

    Hi B.Lee.D,
    I've taken a look at your account, and although your population is right for "Transform into a Metropolis" your city hall is still only level 4. It needs to be Level 5 to complete the task, so I can't do this for you, I'm afraid! You don't have any other "Transform into ...." tasks running, so I assume these have all been successfully claimed.
