    I have upgraded my city hall but cannot collect the reward can someone help me my id is 5663398

    Just to help the moderators you might wish to give more detail in your message. Are you looking for reward from the City hall upgrade quest or the once every twenty four hours reward from city hall, etc. Good luck.

    I am looking for the reward for upgrading my city hall into a metropolis. I have 950 residents and I spent 800,000 cc to do it

    I too upgraded my city hall and it shows all the quests requirements complete but it will not give me the reward. It shows a different look for the quests and I hope the thursday update will fix it if pirate cannot.

    I am at the same stage with completed requirements ( Over 2,000 residents already ( I didnt want upgrade earlier to level 5 )) and upgrade complete - no rewards.
