upgraded city hall ...no reward

    i completed TRANSFORM INTO A BIG CITY.....the two sub tasks-reach the following number of residents(450) and upgrade city hall show the green tick mark...but i'm not getting any reward.there is no green tick mark on the left side tasks bar....even though my task in completed.
