    I don't know if this is the right place to post this forum!

    I am trying to upgrade my hospital and police department, it says I have all the materials needed and I have loads of cash, but when I click on upgrade nothing happens, just wondered if I have missed anything.

    Anyone help??

    There is a known problem and the devs are working on it
