    Hi can you help me retrieve 2 of the event prizes? during the issues I received and placed 2 items. I completed the event the 2 items are not on the field nor in my inventory. it was not until after I lost them that I was aware of the problem.

    please try clearing your cache rebooting and using a different browser that may help you

    Did you actually manage to place the items - I didn't think this was possible while the issue was still present? I suspect you'll find them in your designer depot.
