Veg Stand on Snow?

    Hi guys
    probably been mentioned before but how do i supply the Stone terrace with Veg when i cant place a veg stand on snow?

    vege stand can be placed on low land, the stone terrace can also be placed on the rocky land .
    by having a road along the boarger of these 2 types of land with vege stand on one side and the stone terrace on the other will work
