    i have just watched 3 videos and have got no rewards, i did watch them in full as well. my id is ID 8435097. also is there anyway we dont have to watch the video when we first log in.

    Cineplex is not very reliable lately and sometimes reward is not awarded.
    We are still working to solve these issues but unfortunately there isn't much we can do to help you in this matter.

    The advertisement which appears sometimes when game is loaded can be skipped after a few seconds, a "skip this add" button appears in the lower right corner of the screen.
