viewing movies - problem

I have a Google Chrome operating system. Up until a couple of weeks ago, I was able to view the Rising Cities movies to get the 1MM each time. Since a couple of weeks ago, the movie house brings up a window that doesn't have anything going on in it, even if I wait several minutes. There is a "collect reward" button that remains greyed out and inaccessible. There is an "advertisement" link that brings me to the Lego site, but no way to "view a movie" or "collect a reward" and when I go back to the otherwise blank movie house screen, I still can't click the "collect reward" button and I have to close out the window eventually (losing the movie ticket without being able to collect the 1MM.
If this happened only every once in awhile, I wouldn't mind so much, but it's been going on non-stop for days and days and days.
I double-checked to make sure that the pop-up blockers were disabled, and sure enough they were.
Not sure what else to do, except maybe accept the fact that I will get no 1MM for each of 3 movies that I can't view every day for the foreseeable future.

 

This feature has nothing to do with us it is external and beyond our control.
The advertisers may or may not choose to advertise and this system works for some and not others.
