    Hi, I am a newbie and would like to know how to get these vitamins so I don't have to spend money to renew contracts. Thanks for your help in advance

    Vitamins can be found in barrels floating in the sea, you can also get them from packs events and city hall.
    some players find it beneficial not to bring their ers into play until they have developed their city and have saved up a stockpile of vitamin x.
