weekly quest and cinema

Where o' where are the weekly quest and cinema rewards gone ?
I have several buildings requiring the weekly quest and the cinema is not running, any help much appreciated thanks.

weekly quest consists of doing event and collect the droppings for specific stages of event, droppings that help at mastery missions at residences level 3 towards level 4.

As to your "cinema not running," if you mean that there are no videos to play, that's a common problem which isn't technical: BP contracts with various marketing partners who choose if and when they'll supply videos to the cinema. If the pipeline of available videos has run dry, you just need to be patient until an advertiser steps up again with an offer.
